Comment: It was a pleasure to work with this company. The first pair of boots came too big for my daughter and we had to send them back. So we didn't have to wait a so long for the replacement boots, the customer service rep explained how to do an expedited return. We had the replacement boots in 2 days (before Christmas) and my daughter is thrilled with her Ugg boots.

Comment: I love these boots. Living in maine I wanted warm boots and so far my feet have been toasty warm in very cold temps. I wear a size 11 and did buy a 10 and they fit great. They feel like your wearing soft fuzzy slippers. the most comfortable thing I have ever worn.. Im getting another pair in a dark color I like them so well.
